Copper Wind Chimes are so cool. The copper metallic color in the sunlight is so beautiful. It’s so warm and rich looking and the sunlight just adds tons of different aspects to the color. It’s my favorite metal in the garden because of how it plays with the light and how it ages over time. No other metal ages as beautifully and gracefully as copper. Whether real copper or copper-colored metal, it really rocks the garden.
I love all things cooper in the garden, but copper wind chimes dancing in the breeze, reflecting all that light. It doesn’t get more striking and mesmerizing than that!
I recently bought these wind chimes in the photo above and I’m thrilled. They have a deep, rich tone that I love. They are right outside my bedroom window, so I get to enjoy them both inside and outside. I also have them placed so they are highly visible from my patio.
The finish is in a copper vein (more on that below as well as a close-up photo). The texture on the tubes is gorgeous. I keep going out in my garden just to look at these chimes!
I’ve also splurged on a copper hummingbird wind chime that I show off below. It’s pretty clear my copper obsession is continuing to grow and that’s a good thing.
Bird Chimes in Copper – Always a Favorite
I really love my Hummingbird Wind Chimes so much that I have to have two different styles and guess what? They both are copper. My first set of copper bird wind chimes you can see here, I have had them forever and they are still amazing!

My most recent addition of copper bird wind chimes are these brilliantly colored chimes. I love the little glass ornamental globes that decorate the chime. I wasn’t really sure about the glittery look at first, but after a day or so of observing how these chimes reflect in the light, I was hooked. The copper, of course, really ties everything together.
Butterfly Wind Chimes – Carefree Beauty
While I don’t own any copper butterfly wind chimes….yet, I know they will make a fascinating addition to any wind chime collection. Butterflies are so carefree and beautiful. A wind chime with a butterfly just makes sense, don’t you think? Then, adding copper to the mix is a no-brainer for the perfect wind chime.

Large copper wind chimes are so regal looking. Finding that perfect tone in a large tube wind chime is so exciting. I love the different music that all wind chimes make, but there is something extra special about the resonating tone created by a large tube wind chime. And while copper doesn’t have any effect on the sound of a wind chime, those large tubes colored in gorgeous copper make everything extra special!

Vintage Wind Chimes
Copper wind chimes with a vintage vibe are an interesting addition to the garden. I am all about some vintage of just about anything. I am going to be on the hunt for something super unique in copper to add to my wind chime collection.
Copper Vein – Rich Amazing Texture
While I love anything copper, including copper windchimes, copper vein is my favorite copper finish. The blending of the bright copper along with a darker duller copper gives the chimes a textured look. The variations are limitless, but the texture and patterns are always amazing. In case you’ve never heard of it, I hadn’t either until recently. Now I’m hooked though.
